LOAN Signing Services
PURPOSE
Business purpose is to perform legal services as the following:
Making sure legal documents are authentic, checking the identity of the person signing the document,
serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures.

Swearing a witness for a deposition(each 100 words - $0.50)

Travel + mileage Fee
$20.00
after the first 10 miles, it will be $1 each mile there after.

Single Loan Closing
$150.00 (includes 10 miles of travel)
after the first 10 miles, it will be $1 each mile there after.
ACT 2
Additional related (Piggy back loan) Loan Closing
$35.00
ACT 3
Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages.
$30.00 (additional pages will be $0.25 each)
ACT 4
Travel and non-closing fee. This fee is due if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign.

Cancellation fee applied with 1 hour notice or less
